When you purchase a certificate, be sure to put the recipient’s name and information under shipping details. We need this information for our records .
As soon as your payment has been processed , we will send a lovely certificate through the mail, it can be sent to the purchaser or recipient – please specify your choice in the more information box!
When you make a purchase using the certificate, simply check out using the gift certificate option. Putting your certificate number into the More Information field is required to identify your gift certificate.
Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Shipping charges will be applied against your certificate.
If you wish to make a purchase larger than the gift certificate amount, simply choose the credit card option when you checkout, and put your certificate number into the more information box. We process orders on our own terminals and will credit the amount of the certificate against your purchase before processing.
Keep your certificate in a safe place. You will need the certificate number to spend it online.
If you do not spend your entire certificate at one time, we will keep accurate records of the amount left on your card. Use the same number again when re-ordering.
